Why Are You Blind?

This, isn’t an abuse.

But, a question for you

To think and meditate on.

Why are you blind?

You might still be seeing.

You might, and might not have

A fourth eye, like those

Using an eyeglass.

But you might still

Be blind or,

Have a truncated

Vision.

 

 

Why would you see

Things as humans do?

Forgetting that you are

Attached to a vine.

In you, fear, addiction,

Low self-esteem, heavy hearts

Are found but,

You call them, a burden.

A burden that has

Truncated your vision.

Making you wallow in

Lies your enemy told you.

Worry has been your spouse.

A gist partner which you’ve

Been emotionally attached to.

And, a cloth you wear.

Painful,

It is because,

Your blindness can’t

Make you see it.

When will you break free

And, run to the

Great physicians that

Would give you peace?

Hope you will listen

To him and

Not argue when

He begins His operation.

Yours, might not be

Part of the burden listed.

but , something that blocks you from

Seeing as God sees.

So, I ask

And I hope

You think about it.
