DEAR FRIEND,

Don't Hide It

I've so much missed this space and it looks like the week interval between each episodes are so long. But I'm glad to be back again. So, to the title of my letter "Don't Hide It"

I know you are asking what are we hiding that he says don't hide it. When we are not playing "bo ju, bo ju" (Nigeria version of hide and seek). Well, let me tell you what I said you shouldn't hide. Don't hide those words.

Words of correction, words of encouragement, words of assurance, words of compliments, words of suggestions that will help those you are surrounded by. Don't try to form a hard boy or a hard girl just because you feel that, the person you will say it to may think that you are weak. No, don't think that way.

Some people are expecting to hear those words you feel shy to say, words you feel big to say, words you feel small to say, words you feel are not necessary to say, words you feel are just mere words. Just say it and don't hide them.

Life is about survival and we all need each other to survive. So please don't hide them. Those words may be what will brighten up the face of that person you are hiding those words from. And don't just say the words for saying sake. Say it like you mean it. Cos those words aren't just words.

Until next time..........................
