Don't Be Afraid
I know you've heard this many times. Me telling you not to be afraid doesn't mean you should form a hard guy or hard girl. Well, let me come out plain to you on what I mean. Don't be afraid of reviews.
There are a lot of things you would do and think you've done better according to your view. Whereas from the outside you've done nothing. To grow in what you do, you need review on how you can improve yourself to be better.
You might think people aren't watching you. But the truth is that they are secretly watching you and if you don't ask for the reviews they won't talk. Never expect all reviews to be positive. But out of the negativity, learn how you can help improve yourself.
Dear friend, every company do a review on how they've performed and how they can do better. You are your company so take the step to ask for a review for the growth of your company.
