Politics

Let's talk #POLITICS

Note: This is an appreciation post and I stand to be corrected if I am wrong.

During this break I tried creating my own cabinet. (Biko, don't laugh 😂 😂 at me na)

I wouldn't lie to you. 😔😔 I had to think and think, just to make sure I have the right person for the job. 😪😪

So after much effort that led to the completion of my cabinet list.

I was so happy and relaxed 😌😌😌 that I had finished the work.

But........

But,

I had more tribe more than the others, more religion than the other. To the extent, I had no one from a tribe and religion.

You could see that's a problem

Now those who I trust most won't be able to do the work. Which will require me to get people from people (connection) to help me make my cabinet look good again.

Then I'll have to build trust with them from the scratch. Peace of mind isn't fully guaranteed.

But i just have to.

By now should know what I'll face if I actually go with peoples suggestions.

Working with people I don't know what they can do or what they can't do.

And that thing doesn't give you peace of mind at all, talkless of you resting.

If I had gone with my initial list. I know many of you will say I'm been bias. And if I was in Europe some could even say I'm a racist.

So let's appreciate them at times. It's not all the time we get mad at them.

For going out of their way to please us. Followers support is needed too.

So what did I learn from that experience? 🤔🤔🤔

1️⃣ When building relationships with people, build across all tribe. If you don't communicate regularly, at least a check up message or call will do.

2️⃣ Among your friends do you have does who could earn your trust and not destroy your image to those you recommend them to? Or all your friends are known for enjoyment only?

3️⃣ Build yourself in a way you won't be doubted if you can live up to expectations or not.

4️⃣ Learn to be competent.

Thanks for reading 🙇🏾‍♂️🙇🏾‍♂️ and I hope you learnt something. 🤗🤗🤗
