Yeah. you guessed right that was me. (Please don't laugh too much and kindly follow me till the end)
I was trying to go back to the good old days. Where we all sit on the sofa, listen to the radio and telling the kids moonlight stories to end the days.
The radio was the best companion we could have those days. Even when it spits out good and bad news. We never leave it. When relaxing, we never off it.
It was our MTN slogan back then, i mean it was "Everywhere we go". Our bicycle so much cherished it also, that it assists us in carrying it.
The radio helps us to access those information that would require us to leave our comfort zone with just some turning from one station to another.
We listen to songs that actually refreshes our brain. Songs of Ebenezer obey, Orlando Owo, Barrister, Sikiru Ayinde, etc. My favorite song then was "ko easy la ti je ọmọkùnrin, a fi ko'luwa ko wa yo. Ka to sanwo ile................" by Ebenezer Obey. What was your own favorite?
I know we all love those good old days.
So why the story? I guess that's what's on your mind.
Like the radio that is ever present, that gives us bad and good news, that accesses those stuffs we can't access. So also is the holy spirit.
The Holy spirit is everywhere we go, so far we turn in to the frequency of the spirit.
There are things the Holy Spirit will tell us and it will pain us. Things like give out your most expensive things to people, don't eat this delicacy.
But know this,
1Cor.1.27 - "But God hath chosen the foolish things of the world to confound the wise; and God hath chosen the weak things of the world to confound the things which are mighty"
Follow His leading and you will be glad you did.
Let me go back to continuing listening to what I'm listening too, and why I do that.
Kindly share your experience also.
