SEX

S E X, a 3 letter word that has the capacity to create a generation, and in the same vein has the capacity to lead a generation to the pit of destruction. A generation is fast rising that has changed the definition of SEX to suite their own satisfaction and fleshy desires, such that if they're not taught the real reason behind the establishment of sex in the first instance, (Our) the next generation will loose touch with the original meaning and reason of sex.

Was it that we were never taught?

Was it that we were never warned? 

Or perhaps we were taught but forgotten?

Friends, where are the teachings 'our African mothers' taught us, how about the lessons we learnt from our teachers, how about the different seminars and conferences training held by different well-meaning NGO's to instill into our hearts the teachings about sex? 

Friends, where has all these gone to? The teachings that clearly speak out to us that sex is ONLY for marriage. Hence, the word 'Abstinence Till Marriage'. 

Sex isn't meant for the unmarried, but the opposite is what we find in our world today. In fact you can literally bear me witness, if you're reading this right now. We are in a world where people call fornication and adultery enjoyment, thinking they've achieved something great, not knowing that they are gradually SACRIFICING destiny on the bed of Immorality. And most people don't realize even when the repercussion starts and catches up with them, they still think it's some kind of logical problem or struggle, only few get to know this, but at times it can be too late. 

Why do something when you can't boldly say it among those that have understanding? Why get yourself involved in an act that satisfies your urge for just 5 minutes and the remainder of your life can be damaged by it? Why? Why? Friends where have we missed it? At what point did we stray away from our Parent's teachings? In fact, some people go to the point of raping another human i mean forceful sexual activity just to get satisfied. Can you tell your unborn kids, you did that? 

Now to my friends, dear soldiers of Christ, I write to you in agony of heart and with quaking fingers because we're also involved in this great atrocity and we're continously caught up in this web of temporary satisfaction, that we literally throw away the deposit of God in our lives into the trash can. The Bible says "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gin the whole world and lose his own soul? 

But, for some of us that are still steadfast, that are still in the business of fixing our gaze on Jesus, all the teachings, preachings you've learnt from aren't meant for you. For the Bible says "we are the light of the world" let our light so shine to let our fellow creation know that Darkness is BAD and it's in the business of marring destinies.
