Only One Cold Rainy Night

In a cold and cool weather
He was all alone with his though
Allowing his mind to run through lot of things
He knoweth not what to do at moment

He looked like a confused fellow
When others were drinking, sleeping and wrapping themselves
He picked only a single thing out of his mind
He decided to follow his emotion

Only one cold rainy night
He changed someone's destiny
Only one cold rainy night
He ruined two lives
Only one cold rainy night
He left his purpose and focus
He was off guard

Simply because he had a commotion leading to the collaboration because of the foolishness of his emotion

How would it have been
When he ask for the holy spirit
Who directs and guides us
The one who knows what's right
Even when we think he is wrong

How would it have been
If he slept alone or drank tea
Not to talk of trying to read the Bible
It would have been better

Only one cold rainy night
Can make us to lose our focus
Only one cold rainy night
Can make us not to be who God wants us to be
Only one cold rainy night
Can destroy lives forever

That's why the Holy spirit is always there when we are down, confused, depressed, outcasted and frustrated. Just to make us who He wants us to be. Only one cold rainy night.
