Each and everyone of us are happy because it's Christmas. Most of us are happy about the MERRYbration of food not the CELEBRATION of Christ. Some are happy about the SIESTER this Christmas has brought but during EASTER you would remember all he has done for you after that that's all, leaving his birth for something else.
All we do in Christmas is we enjoy the moment, for some it is a time to DRINK rather to THINK about what his birth has done, For some it is time to DISASSEMBLE live(s) rather than ASSEMBLE live through his birth. For some it is time to make live(s) UNCOMFORTABLE rather than making it COMFORTABLE.
Most people might not know that Jesus is the REASON for the SEASON and that's why DECEMBER is always a month to REMEMBER. Without the birth of Jesus December would just be nothing, it would look like every other months.
Christ was born for the SALVATION of souls and not DAMNATION of souls. He was born to SAVE souls from sins and not DEPRAVE. He was born to keep the fire of the Holy Ghost BURNING and not DYING and here we are, celebrating merryment instead of his birth.
How would it have been if during Christmas period, we look back and say
What have I done to others life at this moment?
Have i actually fulfilled the purpose for his birth?
Have I actually fought the good fight of faith to save soul(s)?
